Spacious, beautifully decorated 8-bedroom cottage in scenic Bay View, MI. Every room has some type of water view. Enjoy stunning sunsets from the large wrap-around front porch. Accommodates up to 15 guests.
- 8 bedrooms: 2 king, 4 queen, 1 double, 1 twin (most with private sinks)
- 2 full baths, 3 half baths, 1 tub room
- Large living room, two dining rooms, upper & lower porches, wet bar, fully equipped kitchen, gas grill on back deck
- Clean linens, towels, heaters & fans; no A/C
- Washer, dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, TV/DVD

Walk to beach, search for Petoskey stones, play tennis and pickleball, bike, hike the Bay View woods, enjoy recreation areas, attend concerts, shop, dine and more. Bay View itself offers extensive programming, including family activities, day club for kids, swimming and sailing lessons, music, sports, church services, walking tours of Victorian-era cottages, and easy access to local attractions.

- Up to $6,500/week, $450 cleaning fee, $1,000 security deposit
- No pets or smoking; max 15 guests
- Not childproofed. Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM
